These regular educational activities offer Hungarian children the opportunity to learn more about their native language and culture with the help of qualified teachers. From interactive story-telling games to learning how to read and write, and to understand youth literature, we provide tailor-made sessions for 6 age-groups, roughly every two weeks.
We often invite prominent figures of Hungarian children's and youth literature and other artists so that young people can experience culture as a living reality.
Activities for the smallest
Instructor: Anita Ráthonyi
During these complex activities based on fairy tales, we discover contemporary Hungarian children's literature and the world of folk tales.
We walk along a fun, adventurous and sometimes challenging path of the stories. In order to not to get lost, we ask for help from songs, riddles, or even magic objects.
The aim of Hungarian language courses for schoolchildren is to develop the oral and written skills of the mother tongue, and to present Hungarian literary values through high-quality literary texts and playful exercises that develop many areas of the language.
